1. Overview

Human Timeline (the “App”) helps users record and manage meaningful memories. This policy explains what information is handled and for what purpose.

2. Information We Handle

By default, the App stores and processes data only on the user’s device.

The following data is handled only when the user explicitly enables the related feature:

• Contacts Access (Optional)

  Used to display contact names for search assistance.

  Contacts data is used only on the device and is not transmitted to any server.

• Camera/Photo Access (Optional)

  Used to attach photos to memories.

  Photos are stored on the device and are not transmitted to any server.

• Microphone Access (Optional)

  Used only when recording voice memories.

  Audio data is stored on the device and is not transmitted to any server.

• Notifications (Optional)

  Used to deliver reminder notifications.

• iCloud Sync (Optional)

  If the user enables iCloud Sync, data is stored in Apple iCloud.

  This data is linked to the user’s Apple ID, and Apple’s privacy policy applies.

3. Purpose of Use

• To provide memory recording, search, and organization features
• To deliver reminder notifications
• To enable iCloud Sync (if selected by the user)

4. Sharing with Third Parties

The App does not sell or share user data with third parties.

If iCloud Sync is enabled, Apple iCloud is used as the storage provider.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Data is stored on the user’s device and is deleted when the App is removed.
